| Being in the Real Estate business for over forty years, the main function of A.G. Ramos Realty was initially into project selling in which we had sold quite a number of real estate properties mainly residential and small commercial properties. In 1990, we expanded our business into Real Estate Brokerage, specifically land consolidation or combining several properties(rawlands) into a much bigger one for our clientele. Although it still is under the function of brokering, it has become larger in scale in the sense that we would consolidate hectares of raw lands. We have consolidated for different major Real Estate firms such as Cathay Land Inc.(South Forbes, Sta. Rosa, Laguna), JAKA Group of Companies (Portion of Splendido Taal in Tagaytay), Kuok Philippine Properties Inc.(KPPI), Manila Jockey Club Inc.(Carmona Race Track) and Century Properties Inc.(Canyon Ranch, Carmona, Cavite). |
